Anti-Corrosion Coating
This special "Silver chromium" anti-corrosion coating consists of chromium with a purity of more than 98%. It is an extremely hard, crack-free, nodular, precise, ultrathin and highly pure chromium coating that may be engineered by a high-energy process to all metals, including, with certain restrictions, aluminum, but not to magnesium and titanium. Due to the low process temperature of less than 80°C, the structure of the base material is not changed. This fundamental advantage of this method ensures a stable form and hardness. The coating generally has the look of satinated platinum. The surface can be polished to become glossy as needed.
Features:
- Crack-ree, high elasticity
- Protects against cold welding, corrosion and wear
- Slight improvement
- Easier removal from molds, especially for plastic and rubber molds
- To substitute expensive special materials
